The Context

A project for a leading sanitation manufacturer. The main challenge was an old website that was not indexed, lost access credentials, and UI/UX that did not reflect the brand's quality. I was appointed as the Website Revamp PIC to lead the total transformation from planning and vendor coordination to post-launch SEO optimization.

The Pain Points Before improvement, the digital brand assets faced critical issues:

The old website was completely undetectable by Google (Invisible).
